By accessing or using our Website, you also agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions as they may be modified and posted on our Website from time to time.

Details of procedures, products, services, prices, payment and delivery are displayed on our Website. If you choose to place an order, you will be given clear instructions on how to navigate our simple online order process and you will be required to provide us with your accurate personal details.

2. Shop and Account Information
In order to purchase from our online shop you will be required to complete our registration process. As part of the registration process, you will be asked to choose a password. Please keep this password secret, as it is entirely your responsibility to maintain its confidentiality, and we will not in any way be held accountable for any unlawful use of your profile. You are also responsible for all transactions that occur under your user name and password.
If any of your contact details have changed since the last time you ordered from us, kindly see to it that all of your account information is updated. The Spa Shop will not accept liability for items couriered to delivery addresses incorrectly supplied by customers. If you realise that you have supplied us with incorrect delivery or billing information, kindly contact us within 24 hours of order being placed on the site to notify us of the error, and we will do everything possible to ensure that the necessary corrections are made
3. ORDER PROCESS
Orders will only be accepted from persons over the age of 18.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If any goods ordered are not available, you will be notified by email and you will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order. It is your responsibility to provide us with a valid email address so that we can contact you if necessary. Any orders placed by you will be treated as an offer to purchase the goods or services from us and we have the right to reject such offers at any time prior to acceptance.
You shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the details provided on the order form and we will not accept an order unless all details requested on the order form have been entered correctly.
You acknowledge that any automated acknowledgment of your order that you may receive from us shall not amount to our acceptance of your offer to purchase goods or services advertised on the Website.
The conclusion of a contract between you and us will take place when we accept your order by (i) debiting your credit or debit card, or (ii) dispatching goods to you/making goods available for download by you or commencing the services, whichever is the earlier.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.
Each item or service purchased is sold subject to additional specific terms and conditions relating to that item or service including, without limitation, terms and conditions concerning estimated delivery times and any warranties. Please ensure that you read such additional terms.
We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you and will not be required to provide an explanation.
Products on this site will be delivered only within the Republic of South Africa. We aim to process and send orders as quickly as possible after they are completed. Where we accepts your order, That Online Shop or the Third Party Seller will deliver the Goods to you as soon as reasonably possible, but no later than 30 (thirty) days of receipt of your payment (“Delivery Period”). We will notify you if we are unable to deliver the Goods during the Delivery Period. You may then, within 7 (seven) days of receiving such notification elect whether or not to cancel your order for the Goods. If you elect to cancel your order, we will reimburse you for the purchase price. We try our best to let the order reach you within 15 working days, although we will do our best to deliver your order sooner.
We have a wide range of delivery options and timescales, and some can have charges, it will vary dependent on the type of product or service ordered. Some items may be subject to different charges or timescales. Goods will be delivered to you, the buyer, at the address provided by you on the order form. Most deliveries on orders are free of charge. All orders will be sent using Fast Way Couriers.
We can only deliver to the address that is the billing address of your credit/debit card.
All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery.
You will become the owner of goods you have ordered when they have been paid for and delivered to you.
Any dates quoted for delivery of goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of goods however caused. If, however, we are unable to deliver your goods by the date quoted for delivery, you, the buyer, shall be entitled to cancel the order at any time before delivery takes place.
Risk in the products (e.g. damage or loss to the products) will remain with us until we deliver the goods to the address specified in your order or collected in store when the risk will pass to you immediately.
Delivery charges will only be refundable if you cancel your contract from the time it is placed and within seven working days after the day of receipt of your goods. Should a delivery be returned to us as undelivered, we will let you know and request that you make arrangements to have the parcel collected or re-delivered. You authorize us to dispose of, in a manner that we see fit, the contents of parcels not collected within six months of such request being made. Additional courier fees in the above instance will be for the consumer’s account.
Should you receive a delivery where the contents of the package do not match the items listed on the dispatch note included in the package, you agree to notify us without delay. We will not be liable for shortages not reported within ten working days of you having received the package.
You accept that in order for us to prove delivery of an order, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but that any person at the delivery address specified on your order signed for the delivery. In the case of post office or depot collections, we need to prove that somebody, not necessarily you, collected the delivery from the depot or post office. Unfortunately, proof-of-delivery records cannot be retained indefinitely and if a delivery has been dispatched by us and not reported missing by you within three months of us having dispatched it, the package will be deemed to have been delivered without us having to provide proof of delivery.
5. Product availability
Many (but not all) of our featured items are also available in our store in limited quantities and because of their limited availability, stock may not be replenished. Please note that not all stock will be available in all of our stores and we recommend that you telephone the relevant store to check availability of the product before making a visit.
6, Product display
We have made every effort to display the products featured as accurately as possible. However, the colours we use, as well as the display and colour capabilities of the equipment you use to view our site, may greatly affect the colours you actually see on the screen. We cannot be held responsible for any limitations of the equipment you use to view our site and cannot guarantee that your equipment’s display of any colour, texture, or detail of merchandise will be accurate the same as the actual product
7. FORCE MAJEURE
We shall have no liability for delays or failures in delivery or performance resulting from force majeure, including but not limited to, war, demands or requests of Government authorities, strikes, shortages of labour, fuel, power, raw materials, late or defective performance or non-performance by suppliers, transportation disruptions, inability to ship or other causes, beyond our reasonable control.
8. OVERSEAS ORDERS
We can unfortunately not ship outside South Africa, as the costs are too high currently but will look in the future into the option again.
